Love Bloomers, Buttercream/Berry Red

The parent company of the brands Musli and Fred’s World, Green Cotton, was founded in Denmark in 1986 by Leif Nørgaard. He had an interest in the environment and textiles before many others started to think in those directions.

Leif loved design and said back in the early 90s that organic clothing didn't need to look like “Müsli” (Danish word for granola) and when his daughter came up with the idea for a new children's clothing brand, the collection could only be called Müsli by Green Cotton. Fun fact, if you take a closer look at the logo, then you will see a breakfast plate and a spoon.

GOTS certified organic cotton fabrics are the staple of this clothing line, and we at Little Bird love the prints and sophisticated color palettes.  In our experience the infant clothing runs small, so consider sizing up.
